Epic manages every day-to-day activity and holds the contracts with all trade contractors, vendors and suppliers needed to build the project. Our core team, typically a project executive, project manager, superintendent and project engineers, coordinates the trades to the approved schedule.
We review the design documents, drawings and specifications in detail, request estimates from prequalified trade contractors, analyze the proposals and agree internally on the total cost to deliver the project on schedule.
Our project controls and quality assurance teams set protocols and metrics that measure how each site team is tracking against its milestones for the length of the project.
