We oversee the awarded general contractor and the design team on your behalf, and monitor every party contracted with you so the project stays on schedule and within budget. Because we hold no direct contracts, our on-site team manages every phase, from preconstruction through closeout, with no stake in who wins the bid.

Our schedules and project controls are living documents. We typically run schedules in P6, and project data lives in the cloud, so every stakeholder can see the schedule and project information around the clock through password-protected access.
